In the day 19 May 2010 the Penal Department Of The District Court in Bilgoraj brought in a verdict of guilty in the matter Zbigniew Kmiec. He was the accused for slanders with relation to the member of the board of the Singer Association – Artur Bara. The sentence was condemned by Zbigniew Kmiec on the fine, the interest in the interest of the Singer Association , the publication of the sentence in the press and compensation of costs. The sentence is not legally valid.
The Penal Department Of The District Court into Biłgoraj leads the criminal suit against the former vice-chairman of the Singer Association – Piotr Czarnecki. The public prosecutor accuses Piotr Czarnecki of the adulteration of documents and confidence games of money.

W dniu 19 maja 2010 roku, Wydział Karny Sądu Rejonowego w Biłgoraju wydał wyrok skazujący w sprawie Zbigniew Kmieć. Był on oskarżony o pomówienia w stosunku do członka zarządu Stowarzyszenia Singera – Artura Bara. Wyrok skazał Zbigniewa Kmieć na grzywnę, nawiązkę na rzecz Stowarzyszenia Singerowskiego, publikację wyroku w prasie oraz zwrot kosztów. Wyrok jest nie prawomocny.
Wydział Karny Sądu Rejonowego w Biłgoraju prowadzi sprawę karną przeciwko byłemu wiceprezesowi Stowarzyszenia Singerowskiego – Piotra Czarnecki. Prokurator oskarża Piotra Czarnecki o fałszowanie dokumentów oraz wyłudzenia pieniędzy.
